RT Conference Dreams...
Sorry for the late post--thanks everyone for the great discussion!!!
I have a Georgia Romance Writers chapter meeting and a Board meeting this weekend, plus, I'm swamped with last-minute plans for next week's Romantic Times conference ;o) Which means I'll come back with tons of fun pictuers of hunky guys and lots of goodies to share.
This is going to have to be fast for now--gotta get my son to his tennis practice before the storms roll in here. I'll come back out later and hang in the comments, though, so don't give up on me tonight ;o)
Question of the day--if you had a hunky cover model to hang with for a week, what would you do with him, he-he. And for our guy friends out here, what would you do with her ;o) This is fantasy folks, so no deferring to your significant other. What's your dream "hunka burning love" get away with your dream hero/heroine??? My answer...you're going to have to check out the comments later ;o)

Considering that I have a bad cold right now, I'd like my hunky man to feed me soup in bed and massage my shoulders. And after that, it would be great if he'd clean my house in a loin cloth.

I would pack up a convertible and head down to the South Carolina Coast. We'd hang out at the beach in Murrells Inlet, take moonlit strolls, go out for romantic dinners and listen to the bands play along the marshwalk. Then we'd head further south through Charleston and take a romantic carriage ride and enjoy the scebery, then we'd head to Savannah Georgia and party with the locals. A beautiful man, lots of fresh air and sunshine, and a whole week of no responsibilities!
That would be a great dream!

A trip to Italy would make my day, a stay in a villa by the sea, with neverending views, hot and cold running cook, maid and his chauffeuring me to all the quaint villages and markets within the area.

LOL! For me it is a tie between Jody's idea of a massage and Diane's idea of someone to cook gourmet meals. As a mother of 2 kids under the age of 4, those sound like the ideal fantasy.

A trip of a lifetime would be my fantasy escape with this special male. Places that I have never had the chance to explore, wonderful foods, gorgeous scenic vistas and walking through charming areas with beautiful restaurants and shops.

That's a tough one. I'd want to totally hog him to myself (but maybe take pics so I could brag later. lol.) I'd go for something totally romantic and predictable -- a private dinner by soft candlelight followed by snuggling in front of the tv with the lights down low and watching a movie together before sharing a long, playful bubble bath for two.

GREAT cover model dreams, ladies. If you've seen me at RT, you know I love to dance. And nothing beats dancing with the amazing guys that come to try and grow their modelling careers. They're great people, and, oh my, lovely to look at.
My dream getaway...going somewhere where no one knows either of us, so we can hang out and be lazy during the day (of course by the ocean) but also dress up and go out dancing at night. We'd exhaust ourselves, then head back to our cabana...to indulge in some fun ways to get even more exhausted ;o)
Ah...aren't dreams fun???

Sell poses with him and give the proceeds to charity. I'm feeling a bit cause-head at the moment. Okay, after that was done, laundry, organizing the garage, landscaping the yard. Sorry, I'm happily married. Hunky or not, if I had an extra man about the house, I'd put him to work! :-)

A whole week..while that would be nice for me, I don't think my husband would want company around for that long. lol I'd like to just go to the beach and relax, drink fruity drinks, go site seeing and of course, shop.

Thanks for caring, Anna. The procedure went well. I got to come home late today. In a lot of pain but Thank God for drugs.
If I had this hunk, he could carry me so I didn't have to use my crutches. We would be on a beach somewhere and totally isolated. It is mice to dream isn't it? Hugs to all and congrats to the winners.

I WOULD TAKE HER TO A FIVE-STAR RESORT AND SHOWER HER WITH ALL MY 'ATTENTION'. OF COURSE, WE WOULD NOT GET OUT OF BED EXCEPT AT NIGHT TO TAKE A DIP IN THE POOL AND THEN BACK TO THE ROOM FOR SOME MORE OF MY 'ATTENTION'!! (THANK GOODNESS FOR ROOM SERVICE!)

My week with a hunk would be one of relaxation, walks on the beach, lovely lunches at a sidewalk cafe, some shopping and each night back to the house boat for a special supper and listening to music.

Hmm I would stay in bed with the guy and watch movies and we would feed each other strawberries that will be dipped in chocolate to set the mood right and do what ever comes to our naughty minds LoL. We would also be in the hot tub ;)
